June I Doty's Obituary
June I. Doty, 93, of New Haven, died Thursday May 15, 2014 at Golden Years Homestead, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Alpha and Martha Forsyth. She was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church, New Haven and United Methodist Women.
She is survived by her children, Karla (Gregory) Anderson and James (Marie) Doty both of Fort Wayne; siblings, Robert (Sharon) Forsyth of Constantine, MI, Evelyn Schimmoller of Tampa, FL, and Phyllis Husband of Huntington; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Earl Doty in 2008; and brothers, Frank Forsyth in 2014 and Charles Forsyth.
Funeral service is at 10 a.m. Monday at New Haven United Methodist Church, 630 Lincoln Hwy E., New Haven, with calling one hour prior to service. Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating. Calling is also 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven.
