Joyce D. King's Obituary
Joyce D. King, 86, of Fort Wayne, formerly of New Haven, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Golden Years Homestead, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Pauline (Linker) Lepper. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. She retired in 1993 from K-Mart after 25 years. She enjoyed reading the Bible, doing word searches, and spending time with friends.
She is survived by her friends, Dan and Sally Strack, and Junior Bradtmueller. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Leroy Bardsley in 1987 and Karl King in 2002; and brother, Lewis Lepper in 2021.
Funeral service is 11am Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Burial in Scipio Cemetery, Harlan.
