Joseph D. "Jody" Rudolph's Obituary
Joseph D. 'Jody" Rudolph, 37, of New Haven, died unexpectedly Friday, May 25, 2012 at Parkview Hospital Randallia. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Darrel and Barbara Rudolph, who survive. He was a technician for Hoosier Communications and member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Ft. Wayne. He was an avid golfer, and loved bowling, softball, Cowboys, Cubs and Bulls.
He is also survived by his wife, Heidi; children: Khloee, and Khale; sister, Jennifer (Richie) Schneider of New Haven; grandmas, Harriett Brown, and Eugenia Wellman; grandpa, Scott Kamphues; his very special nieces and nephews: Cassie, Cody, Lily, Gabby, Maddy and Cody; and many loving family members too numerous to mention. He was preceded in death by his sister, Hope; grandparents, Donald and Virginia Rudolph; grandpa, Gaylord Gromeaux; grandma, Opal Kamphues; and grandpa, Francis Wellman.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven, with calling one hour prior to service. Pastor Dale Henderson officiating. Calling is also 2-8 P.M. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne. The family has requested memorial contributions to his children's education fund c/o Heidi Rudolph or the S.P.C.A.
