Jonathan "Jon" David Ehle's Obituary
Jonathan “Jon” David Ehle, 33, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Dale “Bud” and Susan (Childers) Ehle, who survive. He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. Jon was employed at BF Goodrich and loved the outdoors, music, reading, animals, and extreme sports.
He is also survived by his siblings, Leslie (Tate) Cook of Angola, Christopher Newport, Nicholas (Tiffany) Ehle, and Benjamin Ehle all of Fort Wayne, and Andrew (Aubrey) Ehle of Butler; grandmothers, Cathryn Childers and Marian Ehle both of Fort Wayne; nieces and nephews, Ashley, Nathan, Braiden, Bryson, Cooper, Carter, Gracie, and Ellie; and his dog, Scrappy. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Childers and Dale Ehle.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 7710 E. State Blvd., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior to service. Pastor Steve Ahlersmeyer officiating. Calling is also 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in the church cemetery.
