Joanne R. Bradtmueller, 59, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at Parkview North Hospital, Fort Wayne with her loving family by her side. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Jim & Ruth (Adams) Gerbers. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Woodburn. She was a member of American Legion Auxillary Post 377, a supporting member of the American Legion Riders, and a previous member of the New Haven EMS as a basic EMT.
She is survived by her children, Andi (Dane) Adams, Ryan Reichhart, and Adam Reichhart all of Woodburn; brother, Bruce (Vickie) Gerbers of Wabash; brother, Jeff (Tracy) Gerbers of Indianapolis; sister, Cyndi (John) Keller of Woodburn; twin, Jeanne Chaffin of Lakeville; 9 grandchildren, Dakota, Max, Oliver, Pierce, Dallas, Lexi, Makenzie, Briana, and Jaylyn. She was preceded in death by her nephews, Mike and Nick Gorrell. Funeral service is at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at Christ Lutheran Church, 4412 Park St., Woodburn with calling one hour prior to the service. Pastor Tim Edwards officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the Allen County 4-H Horse & Pony Club and the Joanne Bradtmueller Help the Veterans Fund.
