Jessie McCann's Obituary
Jessie McCann, 93, of Butler, formerly of New Haven, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at The Laurels of Dekalb, Buter. Born in Hazard, Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Dudley and Emma (Hogastin) Rowe. She was a devoted and active member of Countryside Church of Christ, Grabil. She was also a member the American Health Club and was a marathon runner. She enjoyed puzzle books and watching western television shows.
She is survived by her siblings, Roy (Carmen) Rowe, Billy Rowe, and Betty Eicher. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Ellis in 2020; three brothers; and four sisters.
Funeral service is 11 am Monday, October 27, 2025, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour. Visitation is also 1 to 5 pm Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials to Countryside Church of Christ, Grabil.
