Jelena Minic's Obituary
Jelena Minic, 69, of New Haven, died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina she was the daughter of the late Djuro and Ilinka Bukvic. She attended St. Jude's Catholic Church, Fort Wayne. She retired in 1999 from Heritage Food Processing.
Jelena is survived by her husband of 51 years, Milan Minic; children, Marela (Ervin) Allgayer of Fort Wayne and Boris (Sanda) Minic of New Haven; siblings, Mirjana Grgich of Fort Wayne and Ivan Bukvic of Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina; grandchildren, Ines, Sasha, Ella, and Emma; and friend, Zrinka Gutich of New Haven.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. New Haven. Preferred memorials are to Cancer Service of Northeast Indiana.
