Jeffrey Wayne Williams' Obituary
Jeffrey Wayne "Jeff" Williams, 83, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 12, 2026, at home. Born in Puxico, Mo., he was the son of the late Eugene and Lavonia (Pearman) Williams. A man of great faith, he was a member of Blackhawk Ministries, Fort Wayne and the Daily Devotion Bible Study. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He later was a member of the National Guard and worked as a civilian for the US Air Force for over 15 years. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed baseball and played basketball in high school and college. He also enjoyed art, hunting, and collecting sports and World War II memorabilia.
He is survived by his children, Kathleen (John David) Pattillo, Rhonda (Blake) Cox, Aaron (Amy Levi) Williams, Rachel Williams, Winston (Ashley James) Williams, Alicia Williams, and Christian Williams; stepdaughter, Valerie (Erik) Jenson; twin sisters, Vonna Newton and Donna Kalchbrenner; half-sister, Joann Janecka; and grandchildren, Kopi, Elijah, Liam, Silas, Audrey, and Kate.
Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Inurnment in Marion National Cemetery, Marion. Preferred memorials to Blackhawk Ministries, Fort Wayne.
