Ila M. Fiegle's Obituary
Ila M. Fiegle, 89, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Golden Years Homestead, Fort Wayne. Born in Crown Point, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Emma Beneake. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, New Haven.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia A. (Robert) Davis of Fort Wayne and Brian L. (Jeanie) Fiegle of Bloomington; and grandchildren, Jennifer L. (Matt) Fiegle-Hert, Stephanie L. Milliken, Leah A. Fiegle, and Nicholas J. Fiegle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman J. Fiegle in 2005; and siblings, Irene, Fern, Frederick and Eauna.
Calling is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 at Geisen Funeral Home, 606 E. 113th Ave, Crown Point where calling is also 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2012. Pastor David Williamson officiating. Burial in Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. In lieu of flowers preferred memorials are to St. James Lutheran Church, New Haven or Alzheimer's Association.
