Hilda A. Grabach's Obituary
Hilda A. Grabach, 81, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Lutheran Life Villages, Fort Wayne. Born in Estill Springs, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Newton Glen and Annie Lee (Russell) Counts. She was a waitress in the area for over 30 years and worked the front desk at Hillcrest Bowling alley for 15 years. She was also a member of the American Legion Post #330 Auxiliary and the Howard Bandelier VFW Post 2457 Auxiliary. She is survived by her sons, Randy (Paula) Grabach of Kalamazoo, MI and Ricky Grabach of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Caleb, Isaiah, Gideon, and Kenny Grabach; and great grandchildren, Arissa, Eli, Kennedy, and Abel. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Jack Grabach in August 2017; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Grabach; and grandson, Caine Grabach. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitations two hours prior to service. Pastor Jonathan Childers officiating. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are to the family.
