Heather Nichole Seibert's Obituary
Heather Nichole (Storer) Seibert, 27, died Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of Tony and Karen Storer.
She is also survived by her husband, Paul Seibert; brother, Christopher Lee Storer; grandparents, Mark Leliaert, Beverly Martin, and Dorothy Yant; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leo Storer and J.R. Yant.
Funeral service is 4 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2011 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling from 1 to 4 p.m. prior to service. The Rev. Paul Shoemaker officiating. Preferred memorials are to the family, c/o Paul Seibert.
