Gloria M. Werling's Obituary
Gloria M. Werling, 89, of New Haven died September 6, 2014 at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Minnie Wiegmann. The New Haven native was a loving farm wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whose life long mission was to serve her family. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in New Haven.
Those surviving are her son, Bill (Sandra) Werling; three grandsons, Jonathon (Traci), Joseph (Heidi), and Jason; five great grandchildren, Madelyn, Morgun, Abby, Taylor, and Christian of Decatur and Hoagland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldor H. Werling; brother, Walter Wiegmann; and sister, Ruth Peters.
Funeral Service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 800 Green St., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Rev. Scott A. Zeckzer officiating. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
