EUGENE D. HANSEN, 82, of New Haven, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 at home with his loving wife and family by his side. Born in Missoula, Mont., he was the son of the late George and Sophie Hansen. He was a Korean War U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Esther; step-children, Sharon (Don) Hanke, James (Ada Marie) Miller both of New Haven; grandchildren, Christopher, Rebecca, Jennifer, Allan, Heather, Bailey and Evan; great-grandchildren, Chip, Nick, Evy, Brooke, and Cole; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be private. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Arrangements are by E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven
