Emily Faith Cox Simmons, was carried to Heaven at birth Thursday, April 24, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne,
She is survived by her parents, Ashley Cox and Justin Simmons; grandparents, Kathy and Charles Cox, Joe and Joan Simmons; great grandmothers, Minnie Trice and Penny Lombard; and great grandparents, Jack and Sheila Lombard.
Burial is in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven.
