Elizabeth C. Shull's Obituary
Elizabeth C. Shull, 94, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012 at Kindred Healthcare, Ft. Wayne. Born in DeKalb County, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Lois Smith. She was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church. Lois was a school teacher for over 26 years, first with Angola High School in 1944, St. Joe High School, then East Allen County Schools.
"She taught her son how to play baseball, bridge, and live right."
She is survived by her son Joe Shull of New Haven, sisters: Lois (Hobart) Jones of Lafayette, Joan Hull of Garrett and brother: Lee V. Smith of Ft. Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Frank Shull in 2003, sister, June Haller and brother, Ray Smith.
Funeral service is 12 p.m., Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation two hours prior to service. Pastor Rick Taylor officiating. Burial is in I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the New Haven United Methodist Church.
