Elizabeth Ann Denney's Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Denney, 87, of New Haven, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, at home. Born in Pike County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Alex Robinette and Hester (Lyons) Patterson. She was a devout Christian and active member of Lifeway Wesleyan Church, Fort Wayne. She also enjoyed cooking and watching old movies. She is survived by her son, Rodney Denney; sisters, Fran (Douglas) Blackburn and Virginia McCoy; grandchildren, Patia (Justin) Hardman and Caleb (Hannah) Denney; and great grandchildren, Gabriella, Elijah, Madison, Kenzie, Everleigh, Sawyer, Maddux, and Asher. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, David, in 2002; son, Timothy Denney in 2018; siblings, Cloy, Kenneth, Freddie, and William Robinette, Irene Littleton, Margaret Jackson, and Bonnie Minnix; and stepfather, Wayne Patterson. Memorial service is 11 am Friday, April 12, 2024, at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E, New Haven with visitation two hours prior (9 to 11 am).
