Edward Thomas Hoelle's Obituary
Edward “Tom” Hoelle, 80, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Majestic Care of New Haven. Born in New Haven, he was the son the late Edward F. and Lucille E. (Federspiel) Hoelle. He was a member of The Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, Fort Wayne. Tom proudly served his country in the Navy Reserve. He enjoyed watching the Cubs and the Colts. Tom is survived by siblings, Ronald (Patti) Hoelle, Gloria (Donald) Smith, and Jeanne Ott all of Fort Wayne; half-siblings, Connie Thiele of Angola, Kim Hoelle of Arizona, and Kelly Hoelle of Stroh, IN. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Karen Malott. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 State Road 930 East, New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Father Joseph W. Gaughan officiating. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are masses in his memory at The Precious Blood Catholic Church.
