Dorothy E. LaMiller's Obituary
Dorothy E. LaMiller, 83, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, February 27, 2012 at Village of Heritage, Monroeville. Born in Monroeville, she was the daughter of the late Godfred and Vida (nee.Hoffman) Kaiser and a 1946 graduate of Hoagland High School. She was a member of St. John's Flatrock Lutheran Church. She retired in 1990 from Magnavox Corp. after 42 years, where she was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
She is survived by her sister, Virginia (Walter) Koester of Monroeville; sisters-in-law, Charlotte and Louise Kaiser; four nieces and five nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1971; and brothers, August and Howard Kaiser.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling two hours prior to service. Pastor Douglas Christian officiating. Burial is in I.O.O. F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to St. John's Flatrock Lutheran Church Debt Reduction Fund.
