I know that we lived miles apart but still had Don in my thoughts many times. So very sorry for the loss of a great man and dear friend. I always felt that he was more of a brother to me than a cousin. Love to all...Les

Today is 6-5-12 and I just learned of Donnies passing. I'll always remember him as a good athlete as he set many school records at Central Lutheran. He often would stop in at school to visit which I greatly appreciated. I have peace and joy in knowing that Donnie believed what Romans 5:1&2 proclaimed.
Valerie, I am so sorry to hear about Donnie's death. I would have come to the funeral had I heard in time. I have such great memories that I will cherish forever. I wish you God's peace at this sad time.
Valerie, I just saw this. I am so deeply saddened by your loss. Don was a wonderful man and I always enjoyed getting together with you two. Please contact me when you can. I live in Dallas now. All my love, Lynn (Scherschel) Conant
