I won't be able to be at the service today, but you will be in my thoughts today Jacque. I always thought so highly of both you and Donnie since I was a kid and Dorothy and Earl would bring me over for visits. I also remember having our family reunions at your house years ago and those are good memories to cherish. Donnie will be greatly missed!
Sorry for your loss Jacque. I have so many fond memories of Don from his junior high days at Leo. We'll always consider him to be a part of the class of '63.

Donny was always ready to help others, no matter the task or the inconvenience, at Holiday Out. He did several small electrical jobs for me when trouble happened, would not let me pay him for his time and trouble, so I would make a small cherry cheesecake for them instead. He most definately loved his cheesecake, and Jacque had to prevent him from eating too much of it at one time.
Whenever I stopped in to see Jacque and Donny he had to show me his veggie garden, to tell me about his plants, what he was doing with them, which ones were doing well, or not, etc.
We will all miss Donny and seeing his happy good natured smiling face on the beach and around the park. May our loving God keep Donny safely in His arms. Susan Sack
