Diane M. Grayless' Obituary
Diane M. Grayless, 63, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at home with her family by her side. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a past member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven. She retired from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles after 29 years of service and had previously worked at Don Hall’s in New Haven. Diane enjoyed gardening, reading, bowling, and swimming.
She is survived by daughter, Keely (Eric Johnson) Gladieux of Indianapolis; mother, Bonnie Gladieux of Fort Wayne; siblings, Gary Gladieux, David Gladieux, and Cindy Gladieux-Meyer all of Fort Wayne, and Mark Gladieux of New Haven; multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, James W. Grayless in 1994; and her father, John “Jack” Gladieux in 2010.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the Community Health Network Foundation, www.ecommunity.com/foundation.
