Diana Lynn Ladig's Obituary
Diana Lynn Ladig, 62, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. Born in Akron, Ohio, she was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, New Haven. She was employed with Carolina Logistics, Fort Wayne for 15 years and was also a Mary Kay representative. She enjoyed scrapbooking, reading, and cooking. She also loved traveling and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, David; children, Benjamin Ladig of New Haven, Daniel (Mara) Ladig of Noblesville; parents, Jim and Sandra Hagerty of Kendallville; brothers, Kevin (Kelly) Bortner of Albion, Ron (Sandra) Bortner of Huntington, and Terry (Elizabeth) Bortner of Ligonier; and grandson, Oliver Ladig. She was preceded in death by her sister, Vicki Bortner. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 800 Green St., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Pastor Scott Zeckzer officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven.
