David Alan Heine's Obituary
David Alan Heine Sr., 60, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 5, 2023. Born in Fort Wayne, he worked as a mechanic. He enjoyed antiques, including tractors, cars, and shopping for them.
He is survived by his son, David (Felicia Knight) Heine Jr. of Fort Wayne; father, John Heine of Woodburn, brothers, Steven Heine of Columbia City and Mark (Kim) Heine of New Haven; grandchildren, Carissa Heine, Johnathon Heine, and David Heine III; and companion, Diana Ball. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Heine; and brothers, Scott and John Heine.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Visitation is also 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials to National Kidney Foundation.
