Cynthia M. Dobbins, 80, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Findlay, Ohio she was the daughter of the Richard and Jessica (Billstone) Rhea. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Bob) Vasquez; life partner, Michael Collins; and siblings, Thomas (Janet) Rhea, Susan Carney and Rebecca (Steve) Rhea. No services per Cynthia's request.
