Constance "Connie" Marie Engdahl's Obituary
Constance “Connie” Marie Engdahl, 49, was carried in the heavens by angels unexpectedly on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Virginia “Jeanie” (Turner) Engdahl. She was a 1985 graduate of New Haven High School. She was a member of Lifeway Wesleyan Church, New Haven. She was employed at Orthopedics Northeast for over 15 years. Connie loved ballroom dancing, Fort Wayne Komets hockey, and most of all lake, where she could often be found fishing.
She is survived by her brother, Jeff Engdahl of Fort Wayne; nephew, Nash Engdahl of Fort Wayne; and her fiancé, Joe Crover of Lagrange.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at Lifeway Wesleyan Church, 7722 Moeller Rd., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Pastor Rick Fletcher officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to Nash Engdahl’s college fund.
