Cohen Christopher Smith, 5, died Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Bryce A. and Wendy N. (Baker) Smith. He loved music, and the many sounds that animals make. He loved to laugh and was just an all-around happy kid.
He is survived by his parents, Bryce and Wendy Smith of Fort Wayne; brother, Jackson David Smith; maternal grandparents, Mark and Tina Stevens of Huntertown; paternal grandmother, Linda Smith-Dunno of Fort Wayne; great grandparents, Bill and Pat Spieth of New Haven, Bob and Eileen Stevens of Fort Wayne, and Vernon Medaugh of Fort Wayne. He was proceded in death by his grandfather, William Smith and great grandmother, Sharon Spieth.
Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. Friday, at E. Harper and Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Pastor Scott Greene officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the family.
