Clara May Herman's Obituary
Clara May Herman, 70, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at home. Born in Fort Carson, Colorado she was the daughter of the late George Carlisle Sr and Freida (Price) Whitlock. She worked at Betty’s Bar in New Haven. She enjoyed playing cards, Yahtzee, dancing, cooking, country drives, and spending time with family. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Herman; children, James Henry, Donna Taylor, and Dawn (Brian) Hyde; siblings, Fred (BJ), George (Sheri), William (Jane), and Jeff (Precilla) Carlisle, and Annette (Alvin) Sanders; step-children, Debbie (Tim) Glenn, Bev (Rick) Highten, Linda (Nelson) Broman, Sheila (Nick) Herman-Meyer, Terry (Pam) and Tony (Kelly) Herman. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Darla Henry; siblings, Carolyn Floyd and James Carlisle; and granddaughter, Sebrina Johnson. Celebration of Life to be arranged by family at a later date. Preferred memorials are to Allen County SPCA.
