What can we say about Doug that anyone who has ever met him for a minute doesn’t already know. He spent 99 years on earth spreading joy and love to everyone around him. He just made you feel good and special. We were blessed to get to spend some time with him and Jeannette when he was in the emergency room. We went to spread some joy but received more than we gave. We are sorry to say that we will not be able to physically be with you but our hearts and our prayers will be. We pray for you peace that passes all understanding and God’s amazing grace be with you. What beautiful words, “he passed into the arms of Jesus.” We love you and are so sorry for your loss, all our loss.
