Bruce A. Thompson, 51, of New Haven, died unexpectedly Friday, August 31, 2012. The Fort Wayne native was employed for 33 years at B.F. Goodrich.
He is survived by Mary, his wife of 28 years; son: Eric Thompson of New Haven; daughter, Jes Marie Thompson (fiancée, Thomas Phifer) of New Haven; mother and step-father, Carolyn and Marvin Beady of Huntington; father and step-mother, Kenneth and Lee Thompson of Fort Wayne; grandmother, Juanita Lytle; siblings: Debra Thompson, Chris Thompson, Jerry Thompson, Robert Parker, George Parker, Laura Bopp.
Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 6, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior to service. Pastor Ray Seilhamer officiating. Calling is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are to Donor's Choice.
