Brenda Ellen Lewandowski's Obituary
Brenda Ellen Lewandowski, 71, of New Haven passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023, surrounded by family. Born in Port Hueneme, California, she lived in Allen County, also having resided in Warsaw, Poland. She worked for the Allen County Public Library, Rea Magnet Wire, where she was a past union president of IUE #863, and she enjoyed her work as an esthetician. She never knew a stranger and she was everyone's friend. She loved spending time with her family, traveling, nature, music, and dancing. She was a wonderful hostess, known for her quick wit and her legendary Christmas desserts.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Tom; children, Alyssa (David Quinn) Lewandowski and Adam (Sarah) Lewandowski; grandchildren, Autumn Quinn, August Quinn, and Mila Lewandowski; father, Jerry Densel; and sisters, Lisa Bremerkamp and Laura (Thomas) Blauvelt. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday, March 13, 2023, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Visitation is also 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials to donor's choice.
