Billie H. Blair's Obituary
Billie H. Blair, 81, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011, eight days after her husband William "Bill" Blair passed away. They were married for 63 years. Born in Springfield, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Bill and Helen Wittbrock. Billie had many precious friends she loved and who loved her, and she will be missed by all. She was passionate about golf, bowling, animals, politics, and was very active in numerous clubs. She was a longtime member of the New Haven United Methodist Church. Her family and friends mourn her loss.
She is survived by her children, Mark, Marcy, and Melissa; sister, Shirley Shaffner; five grandchildren; one great grandson; and niece April.
A Celebration of Life will be held in a few weeks for both Bill and Billie. Memorials in her name may be sent to the Allen County Humane Society. Arrangements by E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 730 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven.
