Beverly M. Armbruster's Obituary
Beverly M. Armbruster, 86, of Woodburn, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Park Place Senior Living, Fort Wayne. Born in Payne, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Norma (Benschneider) Parsons. Beverly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and sister. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Woodburn, where she was actively involved in Evangelism, Bible study, Ladies Aid, and many other activities. She loved flower gardening and her cat, Sawyer. Beverly was a dedicated homemaker, supporting her husband's farming career. She was a committed real estate agent for Century 21 and was a bus driver for East Allen County Schools for 27 years.
She is survived by her children, Greg (Cindy) Armbruster of Cocoran, MN, Dawn Di Nunzio of Woodburn, Mitch (Debbie) Armbruster of Westfield, and Eric (Marsha) Armbruster of Woodburn; grandchildren, Nicole (Jeremy) Salsberg, Bryce (Shannon) Armbruster, Brooke Armbruster, Winston (Abby) Armbruster, Nathan (Arie) Armbruster, David (Kayla) Armbruster; and seven great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Dale Armbruster in 2013; sister, Barbara McDaniel; and son-in-law, Henry Di Nunzio.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Zion Lutheran Church, 7616 Bull Rapids Rd, Woodburn with visitations one hour prior to service. Visitation is also 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2024, at the church. Burial in the church cemetery.
