Betty Ann Conover's Obituary
Betty Ann Conover, 70, of New Haven, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Scottsburg, she was the daughter of the late Kelso and Florence Dowling. Throughout her career she was employed part time at Comfort Suites North, and worked at Phoenix Sewing and Bennett's Manufacturing. Betty had an active lifestyle and enjoyed being outdoors.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul; daughters, Paula (Kenny) Short of Bluffton and Patricia (Roger) Hoerger-Kelley of New Haven; step-daughter, Debbie (Terry) Lawyton of Milton, KY; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and three step great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three brothers.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Monday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling two hours prior. Chaplain Jim Platner officiating. Burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the American Cancer Society.
