Austin Kenton "Autie" Snyder's Obituary
Austin Kenton "Autie" Snyder, 35, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 12, 2024, at home. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Kenton and Lisa (Sheckler) Snyder, who survive. He worked for Fox Contractors, Fort Wayne. A music lover, he loved playing the drums and could often be found listening to comedy podcasts. He was a great car mechanic and was known for his infectious smile.
He is also survived by his siblings, Jordan Snyder and Katelin (Zachary) Saalfrank; nieces, Eloise and Josie Saalfrank; grandfather, Floyd (Jerrie) Sheckler; and several aunt, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ivandale and Helen Snyder; grandmothers, Thais Fields and Betty Schekler; uncle, David Snyder; aunt, Kathy Pettit; and cousin, Riley Robbins.
Memorial service is 1 pm Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Grace Gathering, 3157 Minnich Rd, New Haven with visitation from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Preferred memorials are to Grace Gathering.
