Anne Theresa Lorms' Obituary
Anne Theresa Lorms, 63, of Cary, NC, formerly of Tipp City, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in her home with family by her side. Born in Lima, OH, she was the daughter of the late James and Patricia (King) Rousculp. The Tippecanoe High School graduate was the 1969 Tipp City Mum Queen. She was a member of Holy Infant Catholic Church, Durham, NC and enjoyed her volunteer work with Meals on Wheels. She was a childcare provider, running a daycare from her home for many years.
She is survived by her children, Joseph (Chara) Lorms of Kirkwood, MO, Jacob (Jennifer) Lorms of Apex, NC, and Holly Anne Lorms of Cary, NC; siblings, James "Michael" (Debra) Rousculp of Tipp City, OH, Susan (James) Dixon of Hustonville, KY, Laura Chickey of Greenville, SC, and David (Patricia) Rousculp of New Haven, IN; and grandchildren, Mackenzie, Vita, Margaret, and Vivian. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John "Kelly" Lorms in 2012.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 753 S. Hyatt St., Tipp City, OH 45371 with calling one hour prior to service. Father Marc Sherlock officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial in the church cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research – www.jimmyv.org.
