Ann Marie Martin's Obituary
Ann Marie Martin, 99, passed away September 25, 2014 at Woodview Healthcare, Fort Wayne. Born in Niagra Falls, New York, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Placek. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her niece, Shirley (Don) Alexander of Morrison, CO; and great niece, Lisa Alexander of Englewood, CO. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh "Jack" Martin in 1959; daughter, Sally Martin; three brothers; and four sisters.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2155 Randallia Dr., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Father Robert D'Souza officiating. Preferred memorials are to Masses. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
