Amanda and John, my heart weeps. I am so sorry Allison didn't make it. She will always be a part of you, never to be forgotten, but the pain will subside. You might think of donating something in her memory to the school when her class makes their first Holy Communion. In the past, others did, and that's a permanent record that their child lived.
God knows what he is doing and how everyone come into your lives and touchs your soul. We have to Pray and Trust in the Lord Our Savior.
I give you both my deepest sympathy, and pray that the Lord cradles you in the palm of his hands while you deal with this loss...having suffered such a loss I so truly understand and grieve with you...you Allison was truly blessed to be with you even for such a short time...God Bless you both....
