    Rose "Rosie" L. Adams

    View Video Tribute Rose L. Adams, 85, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at home. Born in Antwerp, OH she was the daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (Zuber) Maroney. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven and the rosary sodality. She was also a past member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3164. The registered nurse retired in 1995 from Parkview Hospital after 22 years of service where she was also a member of the Parkview Ambassador Club. She is survived by her children, Mike (Lori) Adams, Niles (Brenda) Adams, and Hubert L. Adams all of New Haven, Dennis (Deb) Adams of Woodburn, Khris (Tanya) Adams of Fort Wayne, Brent D. Adams of Lafayette, LA, and Tina Bontrager of Goshen; siblings, Richard (Wanda) Maroney of Wolcottville, Bob (Paulette) Maroney of New Haven, Mary Jane (Sam) Rizzo of Fort Wayne, and Kathy and Judy Maroney both of Garrett; 17 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and eight step great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Timothy Neil Adams; and brothers, John, Paul, Tom, and Bill Maroney. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 943 Powers St., New Haven with calling half hour prior. Father Bill Sullivan officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with prayer service at 3:30 p.m. Burial in the church cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the St. John the Baptist Catholic School Tuition Assistance or Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
